Issue Title: No Memory?

Issue Description: So, this has been happening recently ever since the new update when ROG was added to the game (where it wasn't a DLC anymore). Well, I can't really tell if it was after the ROG update or not. Anyways, every time I try to join my friend's server I get the " Out of memory " and suggests to turn off some mods. Well, my friend has deleted some mods and I've tried to free up some space on my computer but I still get the same error. The thing is, I have at least 5.82 GB of RAM left and I'm positive DST requires only around 1.7 GB of RAM. I've done everything I can, uninstall things that I do not need on my computer and ask my friend to turn off some mods. I'm starting to think that this isn't my problem. Though, I'm not so sure myself.

Steps to Reproduce: I can't explain what I was doing exactly when this happened. All I did was launch DST from steam, click on a server to join, type in the password, wait on the loading screen, and then get the " Out of Memory " crash.
