I have a custom ingredient that I want to add to a custom food I'm making. The ingredient is a shell, but everytime I go to test it, I go to the farm tab in crafting and it crashes. The log says the image is missing.

[00:01:26]: WARNING! Could not find region 'shell.tex' from atlas 'images/inventoryimages.xml'. Is the region specified in the atlas?[00:01:26]: Looking for default texture '(null)' from atlas 'images/inventoryimages.xml'.

But in the modmain I have

local shell = GLOBAL.Ingredient( "shell", 1)shell.atlas = "images/inventoryimages/shell.xml"

Thanks in advance for the help.

Try with:

local shell = Ingredient("shell", 1, "images/inventoryimages/shell.xml")

maybe it's a path issue? Do you have a images/inventoryimages/shell.xml and shell.tex in your mod there?

Maybe there is something else that has to do with shells that has the wrong atlas?

I just tried that and get the same error in the logs. I have both the atlas and the texture file in my mod's image/inventoryimages/ folder. I took the shell off of the recipe list for my other food item and it worked fine, I could even open up the crafting tab.

The recipe I for item with the shell in it when like

AddRecipe("taco", {Ingredient("shell", 1), Ingredient("cookedmeat", 1)}, GLOBAL.RECIPETABS.FARM, GLOBAL.TECH.NONE, nil, nil, nil, nil, nil, "images/inventoryimages/taco.xml", "taco.tex" )

Post the mod on a zip. It's the deadpool character, right?

The advanced uploader and the basic uploader will not work, just keeps coming up as an error when I try to attach a file to it. So I had to upload it to mediafire.

@Justintime235, alright downloaded it.

What is supposed to give me issues?

local shell = Ingredient( "shell", 1, "images/inventoryimages/shell.xml")AddRecipe("shell", {Ingredient("corn", 2)}, GLOBAL.RECIPETABS.FARM, GLOBAL.TECH.NONE, nil, nil, nil, nil, nil, "images/inventoryimages/shell.xml", "shell.tex" )AddRecipe("taco", {Ingredient("cookedmeat", 1)}, GLOBAL.RECIPETABS.FARM, GLOBAL.TECH.NONE, nil, nil, nil, nil, nil, "images/inventoryimages/taco.xml", "taco.tex" )AddRecipe("chimi", {Ingredient("cookedmeat", 2), Ingredient("red_cap", 1)}, GLOBAL.RECIPETABS.FARM, GLOBAL.TECH.NONE, nil, nil, nil, nil, nil, "images/inventoryimages/chimi.xml", "chimi.tex" )

What do I change here.

Oops Sorry I took out the problem lol. On the AddRecipe for the taco and the chimi, add Ingredient("shell", 1) along with the other ingredients.
