Issue Title: Burnt trees drop too much charcoal/drop it without being chopped

Issue Description: Burned a large clump of trees for charcoal. As soon as I started chopping a bunch of the burnt trees instantly dropped some charcoal (without going away) and when I chopped trees they would sometimes drop multiple charcoal.

Steps to Reproduce: Plant a bunch of trees close together and wait for them to grow. Once they have set them on fire. Once they're burned, chop them down.
