Stats shown as #IND and 0, screen always strange colours/dark with shadow monsters

On DSM, I've had this problem for a few days and no matter when I log on, it's always the same.

I can't tell if my character needs food and monsters appear all the time, even during the day.

Mods are enabled but it's the same even when I play without mods.

Also, whenever I go near the science machine or chest, it shows that I'm dying/taking damage.

This started happening when I jumped into a wormhole once and since then it's always like this

Please help!
