Need help about ghost protection

i want to make mod that the player ghost can't destory objects.

if its difficult, make ghost attacking speed slower for make can't trolling to other people.

if its difficult too,

hit point is less than 1 player make to attacking speed slower.

because i believe ghost player hit point is less than 1.

i tried so many codes but doesn't work
