Need help adding a player model

Hello. My modding experience is next to none and i need a bit of help. I downloaded that op magikarp mod on the workshop but it dosnt have a player model so its not as fun. I was wondering if soneone would be able to add in a player model for me. ive already picked out the image to use, i just dont know how to implament it.

This is the image i want for the player model. it dosent need a body, just a floating fish is what i want.

Hopefully someone can do somthing with these. i fi missed anything i am more than happy to get it.
