[HELP] Trying to eat monster foods without penalty

So I'm working on a custom character and I'm having trouble with his perks. I'm trying to make it so that he can eat monster foods without losing any health or sanity. I looked at Webber's files, but his perk runs off of a function in the eater.lua file that doesn't exist in DST. Not only that, but his only works on monster meat (raw, cooked, dried) and I want mine to work Durian and Monster Lasagna as well. Could someone help me figure out how to do this?
