Simple lighter item reskin?

Hello hello. I've just finished up a custom character for DST that I'm rather proud of, despite being a complete and total noob when it comes to this kind of stuff. He's a dragon, and his powers are based largely off of Willow.

 

Now, since I figured making him breathe fire would be difficult if not impossible for a person with my kind of experience, I wanted to simply make a custom lighter for him, which looks like he's holding a fireball of some sort. However, I've been scrolling and scrolling through forums and I can't find any good tutorials on making custom items. The only promising one I found was really out-dated.

 

Would someone be willing to set up a blank lighter for me? Basically something with transparent images so I could draw them in myself, and coding with a yourcharactersname so I can just go in and fit it to him. Of course, if I'm asking too much, I understand. A little guidance would still be helpful, I just figured it never hurts to ask.
