Issue Description: I have resent validation three times, whitout answer. As I have stated in other "bug submitions" I cannot reply (even to my own "posts") and I cannot start new topics, as well as I cannot edit my profile. The ONLY thing I can do on this frustrating forum is posting dammed "BUG REPORTS". Now, I am not angry with anyone (in particular...), but I REALLY want to download 'Matt's Tools' and 'Sample Mods', to try crafting my own mod character. If there is anything I am missing out on validating my account, please tell me. Steps to Reproduce: The captchas are still impossible, even when you get them right.
