iblitzx Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 Bug Submission: Category: General Issue Title: Connection to Klei failed Issue Description: I presented a Don't starve Together Beta to my friend 2 days ago. Then I bought it also today. However When i turn on the game and click Play "Connection to Klei failed" appeared. It is strange that my friend can play, but i can't. There was difference between me and my friend. My friend said that When he clicked "Play" the login window had appeared. And also his PC showed email verification window. But in my case, when I clicked "Play" it just moved on to Logging in window. and then "Connection to Klei Failed" appeared. - I tried Firewall and DST setting also. - Also My friend tried to login in his PC with my account, and The same prob on me appeared. I think the prob is on Account. Please reply in haste. I want to play in early. And also his PC showed email verification window.experienced this as well. I did not receive a verification email after linking my Klei forums login with my Steam account nor did I receive a popup window when I selected play. Please keep us updated! Thanks! Twitter seemed to be updated along with the Server status page stating that there is a connection issue with the servers. /fingers crossed!
