Issue Title: Smallbirds will not follow a player after he/she logs out or a server restart.

Issue Description: If you have a smallbird pet, then the server host shuts it down and boots you out, when you come back, the smallbird will just wander around on its own and still eat seeds, but you can't interact with it at all except for killing it.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hatch a smallbird

2. Have the server host shut it down with you in-game

3. Log back in
