Character Creation Trouble/ Links not working

Hello, I haven't been able to access any of the text tools required to make a character (e.g. TEXTool, Matts Tools etc.) All that comes up is a page saying "The page you are looking for cannot be found" I wasn't sure what to do so I was wondering whether there is a possible solution to this or something. 

 

ps. I am on a mac, if that helps
