Mod Request- Wayde, the Technological Wizard

Hello...I'm looking for a generous modder with the time to make a mod for me! If someone could do this for me (as I have literally no knowledge of modding), I would be extremely thankful. I'm trying to get a mod that I can study, so perhaps one day I can mod something myself, while also being able to play it.

 

Name: Wayde

Title: The Technological Wizard

Basically, he's a slightly modified version of Wilson. I'll try to be as descriptive as possible.

Stats:

Wilson's stats would be fine, but if you change the values, slightly lower HP and strength with slightly higher sanity, as well as the normal hunger would be wonderful!

Abilities: Loves the rain (VERY slow sanity gain) and doesn't get wet as quickly.

Appearance: The skin colour would be the same as all of the characters already in the game (Other than Webber, of course.) He would have a strangely calm look on his face, despite being slapped into the wilderness in a split second. If you could, a few small freckles would be nice.

     His hair would be a ginger colour, much like Woodie's. It would look something like that of Wilson's, but without the two tufts of hair on the side of his head. The one in the front would be shorter than it is at the moment, and would look something like a "mohawk" that stops at the centre of your head. I'm not really sure how I could be more descriptive of the hair, I'm sorry.

     Wayde's clothes would be much more modern-styled than most, for I would like for him to be wearing a simple red, white, or black T-Shirt with jeans (Most colours work. Black, blue, or even a light brown colour would be fine), and I would like for him to have a glove on each arm. If you wish, a symbol on the shirt would be welcome! You could have a signature of sorts to show that you had done it, and you're very generous.

Quotes: Wayde would make snarky comments in the most critical moments. Perhaps for a tree, he would say something like, "'It's all piney', said the most amazing scientist ever." (Yes, I did get inspiration from a certain signature.)

     If anyone would actually bother with this, please make it RoG compatible. Thank you in advance, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. If there's anything you can't do or is simply annoying to do, feel free to skip it, as I don't want to be too picky! Also, if you don't want to make the large portrait (Like the one where Wilson is pouring the beaker into the bird's mouth, etc), that's completely fine. I won't mind!
