Righteo, the game's art style is perfect, but the difficulty lacks. The starvation rate is fine, so is the health system, but the combat is just run away and wait for an opening. It's very repetitive.

-Make the spawn rate of boulders a tiny bit better.

-Focus a bit more on different play-styles, the game can get redundant. It might work with the theme of the game if a type of slavery for the animals/pigmen was introduced.

-NPC villages, more of them and make them vary in species.

-Different categories of items, more armour, offence, defence, etc. Make different folders for them.

-Perhaps rare, if it's not already in the game (it might be,) chests in the open. Maybe in hostile NPC villages?

-Touch up on the lines for other characters, some lines are repetitive, such as the attack lines.

I'm not too certain if this is an issue, but it is in other "indie" games. Please avoid popular references to internet culture in your game, such as popular memes and such. I don't know if you have, it'd take a bit more playing or focus to find out, but, if you intend to please scrap the issue. You're not annoying anyone by not having them in there, but there are communities out there who enjoy your game who are really sick to the bone of these references in games.

Sorry if this is no use but hey--just some thoughts.

The spawn rate for boulder is varied by the map when its generated. I've never encountered any issues, but for some users who generate smaller islands (due to overlap) this can be a problem. I'm sure this will be worked out once the new map generation (and mapping system) are introduced. What I would like to see, however, is a means to access or spawn new boulders on a map. One suggestion I've made in the past is to have a volcanic island biome that would erupt from time to time, spewing forth boulders that drop/spawn around the island. It goes without saying that a potentially infinite source of rock/flint/gold doesn't come without a price, and I suggested the volcanic biome was particularily dangerous... or simply not a place you would want to stay for too long.

Or not. I mean, in reference to enslaving the pig men, not fighting redundancy. :)

-NPC villages, more of them and make them vary in species.

Well there is another species on the drawingboard, a race of monkies called, well, munkies. Other people suggested more species, and I would only really care for that once the player travels to other worlds/islands and no have them all on the same/connected island(s).

-Different categories of items, more armour, offence, defence, etc. Make different folders for them.

You may want to make more specific suggestions. As for me, I wouldn't mind more items, so long as they make sense in the rand scheme, and theme, of the game. I don't want Diamond Sword, Super-Mega-Ultra Demon Sword, ect, just for the sake of dealing more damage. Or the same for armor. Rather than "vanilla" weapons/armor tiers I hope the Devs will deliver unique and interesting items.

-Perhaps rare, if it's not already in the game (it might be,) chests in the open. Maybe in hostile NPC villages?

I wouldn't mind something rare you could find, so long as the concept is handled sensibly. Finding it in some chest just sounds too... RPG. How about rare resources (i.e. graveyard items) that you need to build inventions that you can only discover/unlock by first uncovering ancient ruined locations that may appear somewhere in a dangerous area of the map? Not a dungeon, but just a small area on the map.

-Touch up on the lines for other characters, some lines are repetitive, such as the attack lines.

I just want the pig men to stop calling Wendy a monkey man. :p

Keep on making suggestions. :)
