My dear friend has a wonderful talent for creation. She's not super experianced in or comfortable with human figures, but she can do things such as Bunnymen, Slurpers, Chester, various monsters, etc. One of her favorite things to do is turn characters into ponies- for example, a Maxwell or Wilson MLP   You'll have to provide images for her, since she doesn't play the game.
