Ice cubes (hat) should not perish in Winter/In range of ice crystalizers

Ice cube spoils in winter making it useless for decorating. The only way to preserve it is to put it in an icebox, which fits the behaviour of ice and snowballs.

I believe it should be changed to preserve indefinitely while in the range of an active ice crystalizer or during winter. This makes thematic sense and doesn't mess with balance of a summer item that is rarely used at all. Just look at those skins, what a shame they will never be seen :


On the topic of this, perhaps snowman shouldn't have perishable hats still spoil if it isn't melting, especially not when embalming spirit is applied. Food used as decor on a snowball does not spoil at all so there is precedence. Balance wise, gift wraps from the same event are a much better way to preserve these hats.
