i asume you used a bucket tool? i dont know how it looks on your side but if theres something like this

This is actually a problem with Clip Studio Paint and how it interacts with the Autocompiler. It will do this even if you don't colour outside of the lines unfortunately.

I know OP has already said they fixed their problem, but to anyone reading this thread in the future: if you have Windows 11, a fast way to fix this is by opening your sprites in Windows Paint and saving the sprite again in that program. It will get rid of the lines.
