Make Plug/spong/smog slugs more Amphibious

This is more focused on the spongeslugs specifically

With the introduction of the new submersible ranching buildings in the Aquatic Planet Pack, Plug Slugs should be updated to utilize the Aquatic Grooming Station and the Aquatic Critter Condo.

Current Mechanics & Disconnect:

• Building Restrictions: Despite requiring a liquid environment for this morph, Plug Slugs cannot be groomed at the Aquatic Grooming Station, nor can they use the Aquatic Critter Condo(Unlike the pokeshell which can use this building).

Rationale for the Request: Spongeslugs, I feel are already not really a very popular morph as they are difficult to breed, and even then its difficult to make an argumant for them instead of using plugslugs to power mechanical pumps. Also, Because the Spongeslug morph necessitates submerging them, allowing them to use the new amphibious/submersible ranching infrastructure would streamline their management and make ranching them a more viable, less tedious option.

I'm sure there are other ways to make this work, but I figure, since they are mostly used more early/mid game, why not make them easier to ranch/breed so that they can be utilised much better until better solutions can be cobbled together with advanced materials.
