comfy
Is enemies being staggered by damage built into the game or do you have to add it to attacks when you make a modded character? I ask because I want to remove the stagger from an attack on a character mod I downloaded but I'm not sure if thats something they added or if its hard coded into the game. The stun mechanic is built into the creatures themselves, not the player's attack, but it works differently than you might think. Removing the stun effect can be difficult because, for example, a Spider will be stunned by any source of damage, not just the player. This means the creature is actually triggering its own 'hit' state upon taking damage. Some creatures, like the Spider Warrior, might look like they are stunned, but they actually aren't—they are simply waiting for their attack cooldown to finish.
