Could we have a similar thing with the second portable storage skill? My suggestion is to have the two types of storage drones condensed into one. WXs with both skills unlocked could use all 6 slots as normal, but if you only get the first skill, 3 of the 6 slots would be locked. This way, in multiplayer when you might have 1 WX with 1 skill and 1 WX with both, they can share their storage drones.
