When Gamma Circuits were first introduced, most of them struck me as oddly designed. Both the Block and Shriek Circuits force players to stand still in exchange for crowd control effects against enemies. These are clearly team-support oriented abilities, which become nearly useless when there are no teammates nearby. The moment Moon Affinity was revealed, everything clicked into place—the Gamma Circuits were all laid as groundwork for this intended mechanic. It is clear that the developers aimed to let Moon Clones utilize Gamma Circuits to assist the player in combat.

However, the actual performance is far from ideal. The clone AI has no grasp of when to activate skills and when to engage in combat, merely casting abilities at random once their cooldowns end. From my gameplay experience, equipping Gamma chips on Moon Clones is counterproductive. Their random skill casts offer no practical aid; they stand motionless taking damage and draining extra resources, while their combat initiative is drastically reduced, resulting in massive lost damage output.

Nevertheless, I firmly believe that with proper AI optimization, both Gamma Circuits and Moon Affinity can become excellent mechanics. Below are my revision suggestions for the flawed AI logic I’ve encountered in-game.

1. Block Circuit & Shriek Circuit

Currently, these two skills are cast aimlessly whenever their cooldowns finish, hampering both combat performance and daily utility.

1. Restrict skill activation to only when the player is in combat.

2. Only one entity (including the host) may cast the same skill at a time.

3. When the player uses these two abilities, idle Moon Clones should continue fighting instead of standing idly by.

2. Whirl Circuit

Moon Clones spin in place upon activation with no regard for target hit validation, spinning continuously to no avail, resulting in lower overall efficiency than not equipping the circuit at all.

1. Make Moon Clones move toward the player’s current target (combat targets or work objectives) while spinning.

2. Moon Clones will stop spinning immediately if the player ceases combat or work activities.

3. Digest Circuit

In my experience, when turning rot into that kind of food, the conversion output is usually quite substantial. The conversion has a forced animation and takes a considerable amount of time overall, so clones are needed to eat it automatically to improve efficiency.

  •   Allow Moon Clones to automatically consume convertible rotten items from their inventory when no other commands are assigned.

If these AI functions are too difficult to implement properly, please at least let players right‑click their clones to make them activate Gamma Circuits manually. Give us some direct control over them.

They optimized the Whirl Circuit today. At least during the battle, I felt much more comfortable.

However, there is a new problem. When I need them to rotate and attack the enemy, they will give priority to choosing weapons with high attack power rather than high-attack weapons with rotation ability
