First of all, I am incredibly hyped about the announcement of Don't Starve Elsewhere! I can't wait to explore what the new world has to offer.

I wanted to share my biggest hope for the new game, specifically regarding the multiplayer experience. For those of us who love long-term survival and building mega-bases, the ultimate dream is to have a world reach Day 1000 and beyond without the performance taking a massive hit.

My core suggestion for the development team is this: Please heavily prioritize engine and networking optimization so that extreme late-game multiplayer remains completely smooth and stutter-free. As many veteran players know, having too many entities, complex farms, or massive bases in a long-running world often led to unavoidable server lag and frame drops in the past. If Elsewhere can handle a thousand-day multiplayer world flawlessly, allowing us to build and survive with our friends without the dreaded late-game lag, it will be an absolute masterpiece.

Thanks for all your hard work, and I can't wait to see more!
