The General Discussion section has way more active conversations—you could post it there instead. But the Beta Branch is the worst place for it; people will easily think you’re just farming attention by piggybacking on the beta hype. I remember Wortox's skill tree was actually based on a really great post from General Discussion. The beta branch does get a lot of attention, and like you said, the devs only have so much time and energy. So it’s better to bring up your ideas in the beta when similar updates are going on.
