Both the Morning Star Hammer and the Thunder Lance are electric weapons. The Morning Star Hammer can restore durability via lightning rods, so why can’t the Thunder Lance do the same? The Thunder Lance itself cannot regenerate durability at all and has to rely on Restrained Static Charging later in the game, which is inherently unreasonable. The drop rate of Ram Horns is extremely low at only 25%, and its durability is merely 150 uses.

I assume you are talking about the Elding Spear for Wigfrid? In which case, yeah makes sense.

yea I think the elding spear should be rechargable this way. Would be cool, I've seen a couple wig's not even make the spear until moonstorms because they wanted the better version and found the basic one useless.

I'm definitely one of them. I just don't think it's worth constantly grinding volt goats.

Yep! You can recharge it, along with WX's Charge meter from sources of Electricity. Those being a recently struck Lightning Rod, Winona's Generator (and GEMerator), and probably more that I still don't know about yet. Pretty fun change and hopefully the Elding Spear will benefit from it as well.
