Jakepeng99
Right now with alot of builds you always end up with one notch unused, especially if you want to use the catcoon circuit which ends up making that circuit slightly worse. This gave me an idea, they could add a new one notch circuit called the fertaliser circuit. A one notch circuit obtained by scanning a pigman (or something) that lets you fertalise plants at the cost of charge and a tiny bit of hunger. Every 3 times you use it, you lose one charge. Having more in reduces the charge and hunger consumption. The gamma skill upgrade lets you increase the compost value in farm plots too. 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170527-do-gamma-circuits-need-a-one-notch-circuit/ Share on other sites
hhhhddh
I think they should just move Spatializer Circuit into gamma, you need to "active" the inventory so if it's gamma it make sense. Then Beta only has range booster and illuminant Also people would just run like 7 special circuits without having to consider much. That's 2, while alpha have 3 and gamma have 1(if Spatializer really moved to gamma), it even satisfying to me to have 3-2-1 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170527-do-gamma-circuits-need-a-one-notch-circuit/#findComment-1858447 Share on other sites
Selt_o
Moving it now would be a bit strange, but I think really we could do with something new entirely rather than recycling something we already have. Also I'd argue that spacializer circuits are utility because the slot sits there passively holding things, while all of the current gamma circuits require you to do something to use their effects at all - carrying something is pretty passive. As for the original point of this post, I do think wx could do with a single slot gamma circuit or two, however I don't know what active function would only be worth one slot (maybe extra damage?) I think a good choice for 1-slot gamma circuits would be something that would be moderately useful in day-to-day and could be stacked to get a decent utility. My suggestion: vacuuming circuit, that would let you right click on an item to pick it up, along with items in the radius around it, said radius scaling with amount of circuits plugged in. This could save a bit of time if you use 1or 2, or could be a great help with farming logs/rocks/crops etc if you use a bunch. (gamma tikering skill could possibly make it so each circuit also increases the range at which you can use this ability, so you could pick up items from further away, which could be helpful at the ocean or to get stuff from ruins holes). 2 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170527-do-gamma-circuits-need-a-one-notch-circuit/#findComment-1858468 Share on other sites
