Scrapped (?) waterproof circuit implementation idea

There is seemingly a waterproof 1 notch beta circuit in the files. I was initially against it since WX didnt want it, and it negated his downside, but I thought of a way to implement it when talking with people on discord that seems fair and not too weak.

 

At base kit, each waterproof circuit will make you need 5 more wetness to start taking more damage, give you 7.5% wetness resistance, and decrease the downsides of drowning by 10%. This is niche and acts more as filler one notch circuit since, and isnt too overpowering or removes his downside.

Its secondary effect from the skilltree will make it work as a water sprinkler. It will have a small radius, so it’s recommended to put in multiple of them to make it have a bigger one. This would be excellent for farming, and for Summer.

They could make it only sprinkle while you are wet, and make it easier to make yourself wet (use ponds to get more wet, add the ability for all characters to pour a watering can on them to get wet), but this may be unessisary.

 

To get it you would scan a frog/merm and use frog legs to craft it since Mosslings are already used to scan something.
