why dont treeguards spawn when woodies transformed?

like its odd that being in were form completely gets rid of the chance for treeguards to spawn even if you decimate an entire forest

i feel like if anything it should be the opposite, like being in a wereform should be randomly spawning treeguards whenever, itd give woodie a downside since youll end up having a crazy amount of treeguards to deal with after a while which would tie the weremoose into his gameplay niche of resource gatherer, but also its fun and fits the character, like the anti druid destroyer of forests is always summoning natures wrath just by being around

I wouldn't spawn if I saw a giant beaver running on 2 legs at mach speed either.

because a beaver chopping tree is consider as normal
