I Want the Carbon Dioxide Engine to Require More Carbon Dioxide

Although it's the most rudimentary Rocket Engine, I use the Carbon Dioxide Engine for automatic Space POI mining, mainly for its low-cost requirements. However, even then, it feels a little too low-cost. I would prefer if it can hold 3-4 times as much fuel, but also consumes 3-4 times as much fuel per Hex; Essentially just requires more fuel to travel the same exact distance it can still go. Nothing else should be changed.
