Electric Damage Reworks

So , klei reworked the bishop's electric attacks , how about other electric attacks like lightning ? i have some ideas for these things :

 

Lightning : make it avoidable if the player is quick enough, while giving it AOE and more damage , so if u fail u take more damage, this gonna apply to weakerbottom's the end is nigh book , making it useful in combat against hordes etc.

 

Warly's Volt Goat Chaud-Froid : the issue is that its useless on electric weapons like morning star and wigfridge's spear , how about making these weapons actually benefit from the dish as well , since they are already electrified their attacks do lightning damage now while the buff is active, which gives them an AOE as well.
