Floating Lantern and Sky Lantern are nice decorations, but it's sad that they break after some time

It would be nice if there was a way to preserve them permanently. 
Instead of just placing them as decorations, and then a few days later, they're gone. Because they've broke down.

Perhaps they could be sprayed with embalming spritz to prevent them from breaking?
Sprayed with it, they wouldn't emit any light. But they would be visible in the dark.

Of course, to remove the non-destructible Sky Lanterns, flares would have to shoot them down, just like buzzards.
When shot down by flares, they would of course, break down.

And speaking of Sky Lanterns, I'd also like to add that their movement range should be adjusted. 
Currently, they can travel practically through the entire map.
It would be nice if they only moved around the area where they were released.

And at the end of the post I will add that it would be useful to update Red Lantern and Floating Lantern to the full HD version since these items are available in every Lunar New Year Event.
