The game's UI currently rounds small values—specifically reproduction and incubation rates—too aggressively. This lack of decimal precision leads to confusing "math errors" in tooltips and makes it difficult for players to accurately plan their gameplay.

The most obvious example is the Drecko egg. We know a Drecko egg takes 30 cycles (3.33...%/cycle) to hatch unboosted. But the game rounds this down and displays only 3%.

When we use an incubator, the rounding errors stack up to create a nonsensical tooltip:

Total change per cycle: 17%

  • Base Incubation Rate: 3%

  • Lullabied: 13%

For small numbers, rounding to the nearest integer creates massive margins of error—if a player plans based on the displayed 3% rate, a Drecko egg is supposed to hatch in 33 cycles. This 3-cycle error is significant when trying to synchronize ranching cycles or automate delivery.

Suggestion

Please allow more decimal places for Incubation and Reproduction rates, like displaying "3.33%" instead of "3%".

We already see decimal precision for properties like SHC and Thermal Conductivity. Extending this precision to biological rates would fix the "bad math" in tooltips and give players the accuracy they need. This seems like a legacy display issue that would be relatively simple to adjust.
