Currently, this hat is an upgrade to Polly Roger's Hat, but it feels a bit underwhelming because the only extra benefit it provides is a little bit of salt. Since it's a higher-tier item, I think it should have more utility to justify the upgrade. Could we give the Salt Dog the ability to harvest Bull Kelp? Unlike the bird (Polly Roger), it feels very fitting and logical for the dog to be able to do this.
