Issue with skins and Clean Swepper

i get the clean sweeper , but if i host a world why cant i js have all berry bushes and everything else like pig houses etc be using the skins i have from the start, i get the clean sweeper its nice when ur not the host ig to use ur skins, also why clean sweeper requires an alchemy engine ?????? an alchemy engine js to use the skins i paid for ???? The clean sweeper should be way cheaper plus requires no alchemy or science station we should be able to craft it whenever we start a world immediately, 

 

plus why we dont have starter skins for woby ?? when i start a world woby dosnt use the new skin , there should be an option to use which skin for woby without needing to use clean sweeper , and again to use her skin ur forcing me to build an alchemy????
