Changes

• Pearl’s critter, if she has one, will teleport to her if it’s too far away.
• New minimap tile textures for Docks and Shell Beach Turf

 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed bug where Pearl would sit on burning chairs.
• Fixed layering of Wind Charms on Winter’s Feast Trees.
• Fixed a crash with the Combriner while it’s forging an item during load.
• Fixed Pearl’s idle in the Tea Shop not properly working if she teleported over.
• Fixed character examinations describing Pearl in the Tea Shop even if she isn’t there.
• Fixed birds other than Crows and Merm Guards not mutating into Misshapen Birds and Mutated Merm Guards respectively.
• Fixed a crash when Pearl tried to comment on the decoration of a Drying Rack with meat.

I think having pets is annoying to keep in the gameplay, but leaving them with Pearl is pretty cool.

about giving Pearl a pet, what about Walter, who can't get a pet to begin with?

Now only Puffin doesn't mutate, neither into Moonblind Crow nor Misshapen Bird.
