Main update post here.

Changes

  • Reduced Crystal-Crested Buzzard health from 400 to 300.
  • Crystal-Crested Buzzards go away when the Lunar Rift closes.
  • There is now a limit on the number of Crystal-Crested Buzzards that can circle a player.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a crash on load related to the Moonstorms.
  • Dead Red and Blue Hounds will no longer be mutatable, and will have the correct visuals.
  • Shadow merms and the corpses that they came from will no longer be mutatable.
  • Fixed Crystal-Crested Buzzards to be targetable by the attack key, instead of force attack.
  • Fixed Bright-Beaked Bird’s chest gem being missing in its art.
  • Fixed an issue with the number of circling Crystal-Crested Buzzards duplicates on a player leaving and rejoining.
  • Fixed crash when Terramite mines Glommer’s Statue.
  • Fixed Walter’s storytelling not stopping when fire runs out.
  • Fixed Waxed Pumpkin Heads not saving properly.
  • Fixed a crash with the Sanctum crashing on load.
  • Fixed a crash with the fake Koalefant carcass when the game saves.

I mean, I still have a bunch of them flying above me in my mega base world. I mean, I think usually when you guys are putting this little hot fix .It's only applying to like worlds that aren't mega base worlds.But for those of us who have megabase worlds, this becomes a nightmare, and I can't fight all of them even with a murr army, because it breaks my game.Because it makes the app have an error and close, and still can't access my mega base world on the playstation five version so I have to play on the playstation four version for future references, can you guys please consider the fact of how things may affect people's megabase worlds? Especially on console where we are limited to wheat we can do to fix or adjust to things cant all use mods lol

The frost breath from the lunar buzzards lasts ~20 seconds, and hits three times per second, for 25 damage + 25 planar damage. A single one can kill a houndius very quickly, so I wouldn't be surprised if it could down Dragonfly too.

Frost breath imo should be shortened to 8-10 seconds. Long enough to be area denial but not comically long to the point where one buzzard can create multiple walls of frostfire.

Speaking of which, I just tested this now and, lol

The flame walls stack damage on D-fly so she was getting hit like six times a second.

Like this is ridiculous im mostly in my world by myself  and I got all this flying crystal buz and if I fight crashes the game cause they come down trying to take the spoils also just from there being so many it crashes  the game at times (Playstation 4 version) cant play ps5 version till the old wold transfer issues gets resolved cause  crashes when try to open megabase  world on ps5 version i'm not gonna lie. I would have preferred if they would have waited before introducing the new lunar stuff until after it was properly tested. 😕
