You have to place the bumpers in a certain order for the last one to be placed. The unplaceable bumper is always in that same spot for the boat. Try placing the first bumper in that spot, you might get lucky and be able to place all of them, but sometimes the bumper you place can be placed in the wrong direction/spot. There's no fix for this. There is a similar bug where you can place structures on water on a moving boat, but I haven't figured that out yet. Lanisted Posted March 26 Share Posted March 26 Are they just not going to solve this issue with the bumpers? You can't place all 8. It doesn't work on a regular boat either.
