The parry ability feels completly overtuned. It sinergizes way too strongly with abilities that ask u no to dodge, it's super forgiving with the timing and grants crit.
I would:
-Nerf the the cooldown if u miss the parry
-Increase the parry window slightly 
-Make it count as dodging 
-Make the crit into bonus damage or make the stun longer and remove the bonus damage all together 
i am a huge fan of the parry it feels super fun to use and getting tons of parries in a row makes me feel like Daigo but i also feel way too strong with the current setup just standing nest to enemies mashing parry then killing them with crit.

It definitely synergizes very strongly with Bullrog chest and Collosaphire legs, but personally I feel only Collos's effect should stay either by keeping it and changing Bullrog or the effect is given to Bullrog and Collos is changed to be something else. The no dodge gameplay they bring is a fun thing to work with but I don't fully agree that they should be scaling throughout the whole run. 
In regards to it being bonus damage instead of crit chance, I've felt that before but I think it works fine and is able to synergize with more off the bat. If anything I think making the weapon passive convert excess crit chance into crit dmg would be better.
