Some suggestions for making it more convenient for players to use Notional Fabricator

After defeating Celestial Scion, players can give Clipboard to Notional Fabricator to unlock the crafting methods of items such as Spark Ark.

Meanwhile, Notional Fabricator can be packaged by players and placed outside the Wagstaff Arena.

Replace Restrained Static in the Spark Ark production method with more accessible materials, such as Infused Moon Shard.

It'd be cool if, post-Scion, you could collapse the Notional Fabricator and carry it around the same way you do with Winona's buildings (the collapsed fabricator would obviously be irreplaceable).

Also, I feel like the spark ark recipe should use a static restrainer instead of restrained static, like you're upgrading one empty container into another.

If Infused Moon Shard makes the Spark Ark more viable without breaking balance, it could be a good replacement. Have you tested whether this change keeps the crafting progression fair compared to other late-game items?
