Can't repair shadow reaper or anything made of void cloth

Hello, i have big problem with my dst world, because i cant repair my shadow items like in the ss below. I dont know why it happens, maybe its a world fault because i created it a way long before update with rifts and didnt play on it since now.

im using some mods, but i tried do it on my another world with same mods (and couple more) and it works perfectly
