Celestial scion still dashing towards center

During the fight, usually after phase 1, celestial scion will dash to the center of the arena and do the attack where it electrifies the ground. 
Is this intended?

I thought they fixed this issue in one of the previous bug reports.

It is intended, but only if the Celestial Scion is below I think 50% hp.

it dashes to center if u arnt position correctly

It's intended. It was added, then removed, and then readded all during the beta. It starts dashing to the center of the arena at the same health threshold as when it starts doing the supernova.
