[Reskinning] Questions About Personal Reskins Of Official Characters

After doing some research i'm still confused whether adding cosmetics or reskins to the official DST characters are allowed. It's more of a personal reskin where I draw my friend's oc's over their favorite characters. The confusions comes from if it's allowed to do these things as long as it isn't really public.
