Combined with the rocket control station. Giving the player some control over natural light levels and radiation on dlc. Being able to slightly alter a planetoids light (+/-) and radiation levels with a large space mirror relay. Last tier of the technology tree. Rocket segment? Player controls over the natural light on the map using the rocket control station maybe. Including radiation for dlc. I figured less details, something simple left to interpretation. It's geotuning but for light and radiation on the surface.
