Pearl enjoys a peaceful summer night on her island

The whole controversy around the current beta made me want to share this art I made a while ago as a part of an Inktober-like event that was held in 2023. The theme of that day was Crab and I imagined that maybe Pearl doesn't always spend nights at her place like we're used to see. Maybe, when players are not around, on warm summer nights she sometimes goes to the beach to enjoy stars and moon, and dips her feet to rest in the cool ocean waves.
