As a 7K hours DST player, I now found without skill tree makes the 2 "shadow magic" characters hard to play in late game, especially Wanda. Without planar defence, Wanda and Maxwell are oneshot by any planar damage makes them fighting impossible. However as we all seen Wendy's not so satisfied skill tree, here I offer some thought for their skill tree.

First is Wanda, I've seen mod of Wanda's skill tree,  simple but useful. We don't need so fancy design but need to be useful. First is planar damage and defence and this will increase with her age, at old stage she gain 30 planar damage and 15 defence which prevent oneshot during Boss fight (use 3-5 skill point). Then is a sack for clock and clock in it get ready quickier (25%). Then is about clock, Wanda can make more new clock, first is electric clock which can give Wanda electric attack (4min), this can be shared with her team but need a red gem to upgrade this clock but with shorter time (3min). Then is a clock to fast working time, using the clock will make cooking pot faster(25%) chop tree with faster action. Finally is about her age, she can choose to have or not this skill point to get into old stage at 55 instead of 65, or facing fatal damage all the ageless watch will goes into cd and get her into age 75 instead of die.

Then is Maxwell, he has 75 health which also makes him get one shot dead in late game even with armor. So as all character has, Maxwell and his shadow man will have planar damage and defence which can be increased by shdow weapon and armor he wears. Then is his affinity to shadow,  if he is not in ruins area, the shadow creatures will Maintain neutrality towards him. Then is fuel problem, Charlie will help her old fella by giving him nightmare fuel, the shadow hands will not extinguish campfire instead it will leave Maxwell a shadow fuel. If there is a night light around, Maxwell's shadow prison will extend 25% time.

I would highly advise against adding planar damage to maxwell's duelists and give him a separate planar shadow summon instead to encaourage a more tactical approach in swapping summon types depending on the situation. As for planar defense, he is already good with a mix of dreadstone armor and shadow/ brightshade armor.
