Is it possible to edit config files, use mods or any other way to reenable pengulls into my RoG world?

I accidentally set them to none instead of less, I thought it wouldn't be as bad, I'll just mine spawned glaciers thinking those would be enough. Currently my only way of getting ice is to farm ice flingomatics with decontruction staff and contruction amulets, (atleast thulecite isn't a finite material).
