World Toggle For Moon Quay Range

Simple-ish request:
Add a World Setting for changing the radius at which monkey raids (and their frequency) occur. Optionally making them two separate sliders would be interesting, you could make the raid possible anywhere on the map with a very low percentage chance to happen, or a very small area with basically a guaranteed monkey raid. I feel like this would be helpful to players that changed their world size and want to see more / less monkey raids, as well as giving an option for players who had unfortunate world generation (Moon Quay next to Pearl / Lunar Island without having to disable or reduce raids outright.
