Assistance Needed: Distributing Skins/Drops to Viewers

Hello everyone,

I hope you're doing well! I'm reaching out to seek clarification on how to use the new feature for distributing skins and drops to my viewers.

As a long-time member of the ambassador list, I've always enjoyed engaging with my audience. Recently, many of my viewers have been requesting the [Skin/Drop Carb Pack skin], but I’ve been unable to locate or enable this feature. Previously, drops were easily accessible through Twitch, but the recent changes have made the process unclear.

I’ve already tried searching for information in the Discord channel but couldn’t find anything relevant. After asking my questions there, I was advised to contact the support team. Unfortunately, despite sending an email, I haven’t received a response.

Could anyone kindly guide me on how to access and distribute these drops effectively? Detailed instructions or resources would be greatly appreciated!
