If you want the beefalo to use your animations you need to find the beefalo‘s SG (in case you have riding animations also Wilson mounted SG) and replace the standard animations name with yours. (Please ask someone else about SG-editing without making a entirely new SG file)

Also you need to compile the new animations and add them to your modmain „shoppinglist“ for the game to find them. (I can‘t explain more exactly right now since I would need my computer to give a written example)

May I ask you something about the animations? How did you manage to make them run smoothely? Because my own attempts of adjusting / changing animations in spriter (for tall maxwell) all end up „trembling“  in spriter and in-game. Is there a method to ensure the body parts don‘t do the jittering?

Yeah i've found SGBeefalo file and found part with animations i want to change. Problem is i don't know how to tell the game to use mine animations instead.

I'm trying to do something with animations for the first time. Actually just slightly changing existing ones very carefully. Not sure how to do more without spending huge amount of time and breaking everything. i'm sorry i can't help you.

I am happy you found the solution that worked for you!!! I‘m sorry I wasn‘t able to give a direct reply earlier, but I was scared of maybe accidently giving you something wrong that could have ended up with a lua error or dedicated server error.

I will test if the website’s tool can help with one of the jittering animations as soon as I have time to get back to working on them! Thanks for the suggestion
