Stop dupes from dropping items for build

I have one exosuit dock with one suit. From one side there is my base when from the other - space. Whenever i start to build something in space, all idle dupes goes to pick up materials for build but after they picked up they dropped because they don't have available suit.

Can you please make dupe to "hold" exosuit dock occupied until he take suit.

Because it is very annoying to see dozen of dupes picking up and immediately dropping all material at floor adding errands for returning that to storages. Also it seems to create endless race between dupes. Because if dupe take material first doesn't mean he reach dock with material. It creates endless loop with picking up and dropping while no one deliver materials for build
