I think the standard offer should be slightly modified. Since there are 3 powers to choose from, it's quite strange that there are two yellows and one red. There should be one yellow, one red, and one blue.

In my opinion, Perfect Pairing would work well here. It's a blue power, which like the powers in this offer is a bronze power.
It could be instead of Resting On Laurels.

 

On a different note, I think it would be cool if the dishes that give Silver and Gold powers had a higher rarity rate.

Dishes that grant Silver powers would be Uncommon rarities, and dishes that grant Gold powers would be Rare rarities.

 

When all the dishes from the special offer are bought, it could be replenished with new dishes the next day.

Currently, it is quite tiring when you have bought all the dishes and you have to "wait and wait" for many days until one new dish appears for purchase.

Would rather have more basic recipe options available, rather than replacing these existing ones.
